Wine making area: One step away from the sea, between the volcanic reliefs of the Albani Mountains and the limestone ones of the Lepini Mountains

Vine: Cacchione / Bellone 100%

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, and vinified in white with modern techniques. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures

Laboratory tests: Alcohol content 13% vol; Total acidity 7,68; Ph 3,3; Extract 21,1 g/l

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with bright golden hues. The nose offers a bouquet intense and persistent, with floral notes, herbaceous, undergrowth and mineral notes

Pairings: Served at an ideal temperature of 14 °C, It goes well with dishes of seafood, crustaceans and molluscs, second fish processed, White meat, vegetable soups, asparagus and artichokes.
